Established facts
Lucifer is Latin for 'light-bringer.' In Roman times it named the planet Venus rising at dawn, the morning star.Isaiah 14:12 uses the Hebrew word 'helel' (shining one). The 4th-century Latin Vulgate translated this as 'Lucifer.' The verse was originally a poem about the fall of a Babylonian king. The 1611 King James Version followed this translation too, cementing the equation 'Lucifer equals Satan.' Albert Pike was a 19th-century leader of Scottish Rite Freemasonry and author of Morals and Dogma.
In this narrativeThe light-bringer
In this narrative a human is a being of light, HUE MAN1.A diagram of the eye's optic chiasm is placed alongside the 'Sigil of Lucifer'1.A human sees only a tiny slice of the electromagnetic spectrum1.Even so, that light draws the world inside the brain1.The name Lucifer points to the one who carries that light. So in this picture Lucifer is the name linking the eye and light.
In this narrativeFreemasonry's god
In this narrative Lucifer is the god Freemasonry serves1.Albert Pike is quoted as writing in Morals and Dogma that 'Lucifer is our god'1.Aleister Crowley is called 'the father of modern Satanism'1.Writings by Freemasonry philosopher Manly P.Hall are also cited as referencing a bargain with Lucifer1.In this narrative Lucifer is drawn as a being who resists the god who has suppressed humanity1.So worshipping Lucifer is read as spiritual independence1.
In this narrativeEnki, and Saturn
In one branch of this picture, Lucifer is the Sumerian god Enki1.In the reptilian-Illuminati story, Enki sits at the top of the organization1.In a different branch, Saturn is called Lucifer2.A god said to have been worshipped by the ancient Phoenicians and Canaanites is overlaid onto this same position2.This way, a single name ties Sumerian mythology and planet worship into one line.
In this narrativeA path this site does not follow
One source that overlaps Lucifer and Saturn points to a specific religion in its entirety as the root of that worship1.That source ties an entire people's faith wholesale to Saturn-Lucifer worship1.This site does not reproduce that branch's specific claims. Here it notes only that such a branch exists within the source material. This claim does not appear in other sources covering Freemasonry2.The bridges below carry on with the rest of the story, minus this branch.
